Community Outreach

The community outreach and education program is committed to increasing awareness about domestic violence within Asian communities, the impact of it on families and loved ones, and victim services and resources available in the Central Texas area.

Some of the ways we increase awareness is by providing presentations to organizations and businesses on things like Cultural Competency, boothing at community events like health fairs, working with policymakers, and constantly thinking of ways to meaningfully connect with the many Asian communities in the Austin area.
